Subscription Terms

1. Introduction

These Subscription Terms apply to all paid memberships offered through AirportStreams.

By purchasing, activating or maintaining a paid membership, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Membership Plans

AirportStreams may offer one or more paid membership tiers, including but not limited to:

• Business Membership
• First Class Membership
• Special promotional memberships

Membership features, pricing and benefits may change from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to affected subscribers before taking effect.

3. Free Memberships

Free memberships provide access to publicly available content and selected community features.

AirportStreams may modify, limit or discontinue free features without notice.

4. Trial Memberships

From time to time AirportStreams may offer free trial access to eligible users.

Trial availability, duration and eligibility requirements are determined solely by AirportStreams.

Unless cancelled before the trial expiry date, trial memberships may automatically convert to a paid subscription.

Trial periods are generally limited to one trial per user and may be restricted based on account history, payment method or other factors.

5. Billing and Payments

Subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe.

By subscribing, you authorise AirportStreams and Stripe to charge your nominated payment method for recurring subscription fees.

Subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout and may include applicable taxes where required by law.

6. Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.

By maintaining an active subscription, you authorise recurring charges until the subscription is cancelled.

7. Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel their membership at any time through the AirportStreams billing portal.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not immediately terminate access to benefits already paid for.

Access will continue until the end of the current billing period or trial period, after which the account will revert to the applicable free membership level.

8. Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed, AirportStreams may attempt to collect payment again using Stripe's billing tools.

Accounts with failed payments may enter a grace period during which premium features remain available.

If payment remains outstanding, AirportStreams may suspend or remove premium access until payment is successfully received.

9. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws.

Refunds are not automatically provided for partially used subscription periods unless required by law or approved by AirportStreams.

10. Membership Benefits

Premium membership benefits may include access to subscriber streams, community features, exclusive content, enhanced viewing experiences and other benefits.

Membership benefits are subject to change as AirportStreams develops and improves its services.

11. Account Sharing

Memberships are intended for individual use unless otherwise stated.

Sharing accounts, credentials or premium access with other individuals may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits.

12. Service Availability

While AirportStreams aims to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to streams, recordings, community features or premium services.

Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, weather, network issues, airport restrictions, third-party outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Suspension and Termination

AirportStreams reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate subscriptions where users breach our Terms of Use, Community Guidelines or applicable laws.

Serious violations may result in immediate removal of premium access without refund where permitted by law.

14. Changes to Subscription Terms

AirportStreams may update these Subscription Terms from time to time.

Significant changes affecting subscribers will be communicated through the website, email notifications or account notices.
