Terms of Use

1. Introduction

Welcome to AirportStreams. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the AirportStreams website, mobile services, community features, live streams, memberships and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing a membership or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use AirportStreams. Users under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

AirportStreams reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false information, abuse or unauthorised access is detected.

4. Memberships and Billing

AirportStreams offers free and paid membership tiers. Paid memberships are billed through Stripe and automatically renew until cancelled.

By subscribing, you authorise AirportStreams and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees.

Subscription pricing may change from time to time. Existing subscribers will be notified of material pricing changes before renewal.

Trial memberships may convert automatically into paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial expiry date.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the self-service billing portal.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made unless the subscription is resumed.

Refund requests will be assessed in accordance with applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws.

6. Live Streams

AirportStreams provides live and recorded aviation-related content. Stream availability may be affected by weather, technical failures, maintenance, internet outages, airport restrictions or circumstances outside our control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any stream, recording or feature.

7. Community Features

Users must behave respectfully when participating in live chat, comments, forums or community discussions.

Prohibited behaviour includes harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, impersonation, illegal activity and the sharing of offensive or inappropriate content.

Moderators may remove content, issue warnings, apply temporary timeouts or permanently ban users who breach these Terms or Community Guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property

All AirportStreams branding, stream content, graphics, logos, software and website content remain the property of AirportStreams or its licensors.

Users may not copy, redistribute, rebroadcast, sell or exploit content without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand).

10. Service Availability

AirportStreams may modify, suspend or discontinue features, services or membership benefits at any time where reasonably necessary for operational, legal or security reasons.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirportStreams shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AirportStreams following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
